Direct order payment options within Australia

Paypal: A Paypal invoice will be generated on request.
Direct bank transfer: The bank account for the book sales is:
BSB 633 000; A/C 154309959; in the name of Milk Matters P/L.                      A tax invoice showing payment will be included with the book if you have paid by bank transfer.

You can help support breastfeeding in the UK by buying from the La Leche League Great Britain Bookshop

The printed book is also available via the Book Depository. Booksellers can absorb postage costs from their substantial discount on the retail price, and also offer secure online payment and some tracking.  (Though paying by Paypal also provides some protection against loss in transit, for which retailers cannot be held responsible.) Other online resellers may advertise what looks like a cheaper unit cost for the book, but always check their shipping and handling charges and currency conversion rates.

Overseas orders from Milk Matters Pty Ltd will be charged $100 AUD for the book plus postage in accordance with the delivery method chosen. I will deal with these orders individually by email. However, you can check the possible post options and approximate prices ($30-$70) on Australia Post’s postage calculator.

PayPal is less expensive for both buyer and seller than international bank transfers. But if you need to use overseas bank transfers:

SWIFT Code BENDAU3B; BSB 633 000; A/C 154309959
Bendigo and Adelaide Bank,
Gateway Plaza Shop 18/621 Bellarine Highway,
Leopold VIC 3224

Postage per book is much cheaper for those who buy a box of 3 to 9 copies to be sent seamail, as there is a Print Post concession for parcels (of the same printed matter) which weigh more than 5kg and less than 16kg. You may know people to order with you.

However, the downside of Print Post is that for many countries this involves only seamail delivery, which could mean a wait of up to 3 months. The serious upside is that you could order and sell enough to cover the cost of your own airmailed copy, as there will be a discount of 20% on the cost of 4 or more books posted to the same address. So think about it!

Some breastfeeding groups around the world will stock and sell the book, having bought it directly from Milk Matters Pty Ltd.  LLLGB BOOKS is the first. I will add others to this site as they purchase copies for resale. Consider buying direct from them to support breastfeeding in your country, and a better royalty for the author and publisher.

Books can be posted anywhere in the world.  Airmail must be specifically requested, and paid for by the recipient. Copies can be autographed if this is requested. Use the “Order comments” field below for special shipping, inscription, or any other particular requests.
